Sundance Head
Sundance Head is a Texas-born singer-songwriter known for his powerful, soulful voice and deep roots in Southern gospel, country, and blues. The son of Texas Soul legend Roy Head, he grew up surrounded by music and developed a style that blends grit, heart, and authenticity.
Sundance first gained national attention on American Idol, but rose to wider fame after winning Season 11 of The Voice under coach Blake Shelton. His music reflects his Texas roots, mixing country storytelling with soul-driven vocals that connect deeply with audiences.
With a reputation for electrifying live performances and a voice that carries both grit and vulnerability, Sundance Head continues to carve out his place in the modern Country and Americana scene.

Callie Twisselman
Raised on her family’s seventh-generation ranch in California, Callie Twisselman grew up immersed in country living, learning the value of hard work while feeding cattle, riding horses, and competing in rodeos. Inspired by her mother’s local touring band and legends like Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, and George Strait, she knew from the age of 10 that music was her calling. After being chosen to sing the national anthem at a local fair, opening for Bonnie Raitt, she became completely hooked and began singing and performing whenever she had the chance. By 15, she had learned to play guitar and started writing her own songs.
In the following years, Twisselman honed her craft by playing local fairs and songwriter rounds , eventually recording her first EP in Nashville. She made the leap to Music City full-time, and in 2021, released her debut EP Closure.
In 2024 Twisselman joined forces with global icon Dolly Parton, Maddie &amp; Tae and Jessie James Decker for their collab on “Gonna Be You.” Twisselman also had the honor of opening for Jelly Roll at his debut Canadian show in St. Catharines, Ontario.
She&#8217;s toured the UK and Europe, playing the C2C festival and Sound of Nashville in Germany. And in December of 2025 she made her Grand Ole Opry debut. Set to release new music throughout 2026 Twisselman is not slowing down anytime soon!

Jenna Paulette
In a crowded field of aspiring cowgirls, Jenna Paulette lets her music, her work ethic, and her way of life speak for themselves. A CMT Next Women of Country honoree and Nashville Briefing&#8217;s 2024 Artist to Watch, Paulette is a modern cowgirl whose sound is rooted in the gritty realities of ranch life and the timeless soul of Country music. The Texas native has become part of a rising generation of female artists rewriting the rules and blazing their own trails.
Jenna’s skip-no-steps mentality and “best song wins” approach caught the attention of hitmaker Ashley Gorley, whose mentorship led to her publishing deal with Sea Gayle Music. Thomas Gabriel
Real. Raw. Passionate. Songs that tell stories. Genre-straddling music heavily influenced by his country roots. When asked what finally inspired him to release his debut album, Thomas Gabriel accredits the timing of his music career largely to fate.
Born in Ventura, California, to Kathy Cash (one of four daughters Johnny Cash had with first wife Vivian Liberto Cash.) Thomas Gabriel spent time touring with grandparents Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash as a boy and became interested in music at an early age.
In addition to following in his family’s musical footsteps, Gabriel also followed down the path of substance abuse. His addictions led to a lengthy arrest record, and a number of years in prison.
The solitude of prison provoked him to explore songwriting again, a journey that he had begun in his youth. After release, Thomas began paving a new path. Undoubtedly influenced by his iconic grandfather, in 2018 Gabriel began working on his debut album, Long Way Home.
Dedicated now to telling his story in an effort to help spread awareness for those battling addiction, Thomas Gabriel continues to aim his focus on writing and releasing new music and to touring the world. It&#8217;s been a rough road&#8230; a road less traveled, but when you meet Thomas Gabriel you&#8217;ll soon learn that each and every twist and turn has taken him from the lowest of valleys to the highest of mountain tops. His songwriting is always personal and his stories are compelling.

Joe Hanson and Chris Ray may have taken different roads to Nashville—Joe migrating south from Illinois and Chris heading north from Mississippi—but when they started crossing paths in Music Row writing rooms, the fast friends soon realized how much they had in common. Both were multi-instrumentalists who’d grown up singing in church and with a musical DNA that also incorporated country and soulful pop. Adam Sanders
Named as “one of Music Row’s hottest rising country artists and songwriters” by American Songwriter, Adam Sanders has earned his reputation as a Taste of Country Riser &#8211; Artist to Watch in 2026. Since moving to Nashville from Lake City FL, Adam has toured with country’s best – Eric Church, Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, and many more. In the fall of 2025, Adam hit the road with Keith Urban on CBS and Paramount+’s The Road, produced by Blake Shelton and Taylor Sheridan, showcasing Adam’s singles, “Cat in a Hat,” &#8220;Bible In A House Fire&#8221; and &#8220;Get It If You Did It.” Adam was crowned the winner of the competition in December 2025. Stevie Woodward
Originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Stevie Woodward wrote her first song at age five and began playing solo gigs all over her home state at 14. A self-described rock ‘n’ roll girl, she is also a classically trained violinist (as well as an accomplished guitarist, pianist, harmonica, and ukulele player). Woodward, former lead singer of the ACM-nominated country trio Runaway June, studied songwriting and music business at Middle Tennessee State University before embarking on her career in Nashville.

Lakelin Lemmings
When you hear Lakelin Lemmings sing for the first time, you can’t help but feel like you’ve been listening to her forever. The 19-year-old singer-songwriter from West Tennessee is utterly approachable, and undeniably herself. She’s the all-American girl next door, with big dreams and the talent to achieve them. Lakelin began singing at age six and grew up listening to icons like Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Loretta Lynn and Lee Ann Womack, along with today’s stars Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood, and a heavy helping of Nineties pop. She signed her first Nashville publishing deal at just 17 years old and has since amassed more than 120,000 followers on TikTok. Connection and communication with her audience is what drives Lakelin’s songwriting. Get Around Boy, her debut EP on Quartz Hill Records, captures the emotional push-and-pull of small-town roots, restless ambition, faith, and modern country storytelling. Matt Cooper
Quartz Hill Records’ Matt Cooper is a genre-blending country artist whose fresh, compelling sound also features elements of Americana, roots-pop and faith-based music. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Cooper’s multifaceted talent has taken him on a remarkable journey from sports and acting to the Nashville music scene. First inspired by his mom’s piano playing, he later transitioned to guitar and began writing songs as a college freshman, influenced by contemporary singer-songwriters like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Thomas Rhett. Spencer Hatcher
Stone Country Records’ Spencer Hatcher is a bluegrass-influenced country artist who was raised on a farm in the heartland of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. By the age of 11, he was already playing his five-string banjo in his family’s bluegrass band. In 2020, Hatcher formed his own country band, backed by younger brother Connor Hatcher, a bass prodigy and “blood harmony” supporting vocalist.
Dubbed the “String King” by his hometown newspaper and quickly developing a reputation across Virginia and neighboring states as an exciting live performer, Hatcher self-booked and played more than 150 shows a year in both 2023 and 2024, often setting venue attendance records.
Hatcher has built a strong fan base, including nearly one million social media followers. On TikTok alone, the rising star has amassed over 71 million organic views and 8.9 million likes. This led to a high-profile partnership with PepsiCo, with Hatcher co-writing and performing a bluegrass jingle for a nationwide commercial for Mountain Dew Major Melon.

Flat River Band
Flat River Band consists of three brothers Andy, Chad and Dennijo Sitze, who grew up in a multi-generational family band. Performing alongside their parents and grandparents, they held residencies at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri and at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Throughout their tenure in music, the Missouri natives have charted #1 hits on the bluegrass gospel charts and have opened for The Chicks’ Natalie Maines, Alison Krauss, Ricky Skaggs, Rhonda Vincent, TG Sheppard and more.
The trio&#8217;s songs can be found in the 2018 movie The Least of These, A Christmas Story, featuring Duane Allen (The Oak Ridge Boys), Deborah Allen and Tayla Lynn (Loretta Lynn&#8217;s granddaughter). The band recently released a new five-song EP, Sights and Sounds, which has given the trio exposure in the spotlight of the Americana and Country formats.

CJ Field is a talented musician with a unique voice and impressive songwriting abilities. He was nominated for Grammy, CMA, and ACM awards. After moving to Nashville in 2011, he quickly established himself as a sought-after songwriter, working with Ashley McBryde and other notable musicians. He co-wrote the song &#8220;Home Sweet Highway&#8221; with Ashley and Blue Foley, which was included in Ashley&#8217;s Grammy, ACM, and CMA-nominated album &#8220;Girl Going Nowhere&#8221;. CJ continues to collaborate with Ashley, Aaron Lewis, D. Vincent Williams, Marla Cannon-Goodman, Trent Tomlinson and more. America chose Buddy Jewell as the very first winner of the USA Network&#8217;s hit reality show &#8220;Nashville Star&#8221;. Buddy was the true viewer favorite from the very beginning, capturing 65% of the nationwide voting and beating out 11 other contestants, most notably, Miranda Lambert, by over 2 million votes on the final episode. He and America have been involved in a love affair ever since.
His self-titled Columbia Records debut release landed at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Album charts, was certified GOLD later that same year and garnered two back-to-back top five hits with &#8220;Sweet Southern Comfort&#8221; and &#8220;Help Pour Out the Rain (Lacey&#8217;s Song)&#8221; Both tunes are RIAA certified 1 million radio air plays.
Buddy has been recognized by the Grammy&#8217;s, ACM, CMA, ABC Radio Networks, ICMA, ICGMA and CMT with multiple awards and nominations. In 2011, he won the International Country Gospel Music Association&#8217;s “Entertainer of the Year” and “Crossover Artist of the Year” awards. In 2015, he was inducted into the Arkansas Entertainer’s Hall of Fame. In 2018, his #1 Christian Country hit, “I’m There”, won the ICMA “Song of the Year” and in April 2019, Buddy won ICMA “Male Vocalist of the Year.”
His talents as a songwriter have garnered him an ICMA #1 for “When Mama Prayed”. Buddy’s touching ode to this father, “When I’m Good and Gone” received Grammy consideration for Ricky Skaggs and Sharon White and in May 2019, Buddy’s song, “One in a Row”, co-written with Thom McHugh, was released by Randy Travis as his first new song in over 6 years. His newest album release Bluebonnet Highway has received much critical acclaim from the likes of Robert K. Oermann, Marty Raybon of Shenandoah and Patty Loveless. Most notably, the first single, “Teardrop in the Gulf of Mexico” debuted at #19 on the Bluegrass Today Top 20 Singles Chart while the album reached #20 on RMR’s Americana Chart.
In 2023 Buddy was honored with a plaque on the Arkansas Walk of Fame and later that year released a new anniversary version of his mega-hit “Sweet Southern Comfort” featuring Clint Black, The Bellamy Brothers and Marty Raybon of Shenandoah, which shot to #1 on the Cash Box Independent Singles chart.
Buddy Jewell gives back to his community and beyond, serving as past spokesperson for The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation and Compassion International. He ministers to inmates at nearby facilities on a regular basis as well. Buddy especially has a heart for children and actively supports several worthy causes including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Bryan White
Bryan White is one of the most unforgettable voices of 90s country, a Grammy, CMA, and ACM Award winner whose music became the soundtrack of a generation. With more than 5 million albums sold worldwide, 21 charted singles, and six #1 hits—including “So Much for Pretending,” “Rebecca Lynn,” “Someone Else’s Star,” “I’m Not Supposed To Love You Anymore,” and “Sittin’ On Go”—White carved out a place as one of the decade’s true hitmakers. His soaring duet with Shania Twain, “From This Moment On,” anchored the biggest-selling female album of all time. Brassfield
Brassfield  is a country vocal trio based in Nashville, consisting of brothers Bradley and Chadley Brassfield and Chadley&#8217;s wife, Jessie Rose Brassfield. It&#8217;s certainly a family affair that makes for airtight three-part harmonies and a stellar vocal blend. Musical roots run deep for all of them.
The brothers were born in Tupelo, Mississippi, where music is undoubtedly a way of life. In the Brassfield bloodline, being a great singer is commonplace, and the boys are no exception to this phenomenon. Growing up, they toured the southern US playing and singing in churches, fell in love with being on stage, and knew that they wanted to continue their career together in Nashville. That&#8217;s where they met Jessie Rose. Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Jessie has spent her whole life in a musical bubble. She&#8217;s been a happy student of music from the start, and her love of music encompasses all genres.
She&#8217;s been singing, playing piano, and writing songs for as long as she can remember. She comes from a long line of professional singers/musicians/writers, her dad being JP Pennington of the country hit-making group Exile. Following in his footsteps, she moved to Nashville to pursue country music, met the boys, the stars aligned, and two important things happened. Jessie and Chadley fell in love, and the trio discovered that their three unique voices came together to form a killer vocal blend. The rest is history.
Brassfield is a popular and in-demand Nashville act. They are well known in Music City and often play five to seven shows a week. Performance credits include opening for major label acts such as Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Lady A, Sarah Evans, Jeff Foxworthy, Trace Adkins, The Frontmen, Barenaked Ladies, Ernest, and Exile. Also, they were selected by Peyton Manning to perform at his benefit for the Pat Summitt Foundation.
Brassfield got their start as a trio by being the house band for the famous Opry Backstage Grill and hosting weekly hit songwriter nights that put them on stage with many of country music&#8217;s most prolific songwriters. All three members of Brassfield are songwriters themselves, with Chadley Brassfield being awarded a recent Grammy for his songwriting.

Real. Raw. Passionate. Songs that tell stories. Genre-straddling music heavily influenced by his country roots. When asked what finally inspired him to release his debut album, Thomas Gabriel accredits the timing of his music career largely to fate.
Born in Ventura, California, to Kathy Cash (one of four daughters Johnny Cash had with first wife Vivian Liberto Cash.) Thomas Gabriel spent time touring with grandparents Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash as a boy and became interested in music at an early age.
In addition to following in his family’s musical footsteps, Gabriel also followed down the path of substance abuse. His addictions led to a lengthy arrest record, and a number of years in prison.
The solitude of prison provoked him to explore songwriting again, a journey that he had begun in his youth.  After release, Thomas began paving a new path. Undoubtedly influenced by his iconic grandfather, in 2018 Gabriel began working on his debut  album, Long Way Home.
Dedicated now to telling his story in an effort to help spread awareness for those battling addiction, Thomas Gabriel continues to aim his focus on writing and releasing new music and to touring the world.
It&#8217;s been a rough road&#8230; a road less traveled, but when you meet Thomas Gabriel you&#8217;ll soon learn that each and every twist and turn has taken him from the lowest of valleys to the highest of mountain tops. His songwriting is always personal and his stories are compelling.
“When things are tough, I can pump out songs like no tomorrow. Maybe I am not as self-aware when I am happy, but I am always working on my songwriting. I love performing live. Janelle is no stranger to the spotlight.  She began performing at Dollywood when she was 8 years old portraying one of her musical heroes, a young Dolly Parton.  From that time and thousands of shows later, she has had the opportunity to be a guest on The Today Show, The Kelly &amp; Michael Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Access Hollywood, and Today in Nashville. Smithfield
Rooted in stunning harmonies and heartfelt songwriting, Smithfield is a modern country duo inspired by one of the genre&#8217;s classic traditions: the male-female duet.Smithfield formed in 2011, drawing not only upon the family history that bound Jennifer and Trey together, but also the musical influences that set them apart. Chuck Wicks
After growing up on his family&#8217;s potato farm in Smyrna, Delaware, future country star Chuck Wicks spent his college years discovering his musical talents. After graduation, he moved to Nashville in 2002 to pursue a songwriting career. He was soon penning close to 100 songs a year, one of which caught the ear of the RCA label. The story of a suitor asking for girlfriend&#8217;s hand in marriage, &#8220;Stealing Cinderella&#8221; became Wicks&#8217; debut single when RCS serviced it to radio during the summer of 2007. That September, Wicks took part in the ill-fated reality television show Nashville, which only aired for two episodes before being axed by the Fox network. The cancellation may have actually helped Wicks, though, since he was now able to focus on promoting the single and making his debut at the Grand Ole Opry. By the late fall, the song was becoming a staple for the father/daughter dance at weddings, as well as a Top 10 hit on country radio.
&#8220;Stealing Cinderella&#8221; also appeared on Starting Now, Wicks&#8217; debut album. Released in early 2008, the album debuted at number 24 on the Billboard 200 and spawned two more country hits: &#8220;All I Ever Wanted&#8221; went to 14 and &#8220;Man of the House&#8221; topped out at 27.
During 2010, Wicks released &#8220;Hold That Thought&#8221; and &#8220;Old School,&#8221; singles that went no further than 42 and 43, respectively. These were the first tastes of what would&#8217;ve been a second album for RCA, but after the singles stiffed, the album was scrapped and Wicks went into a period of working behind the scenes. His biggest placement as a songwriter was &#8220;I Don&#8217;t Do Lonely Well,&#8221; which recorded on 2012&#8217;s Night Train. Wicks resurfaced as a recording artist with a self-released EP called Rough in the spring of 2013. Over the next two years, he put out five singles &#8212; &#8220;Us Again,&#8221; released in early 2014, fared best, peaking at 36 &#8212; culminating in the release of the full-length Turning Point in the spring of 2016.
He’s gone on to make appearances on “Dancing with the Stars” on ABC and NBC’s “Ironman.” Part of the ACM nominated radio talk show “Ty, Kelly and Chuck,” he’s most recently produced and starred in Nashville’s #1 variety show “Shiners” at the historic Woolworth Theatre.
Buddy’s Place began as a series of intimate house concerts in 2011 and has steadily grown in popularity over the years. A recent review referred to Buddy’s Place as “an excellent alternative to the famous Bluebird Café”! The well-respected “Nashville tradition” music series now graces the stage at Eric Church’s Chief’s on Broadway hosting intimate nights of live music with a monthly residency! Josiah Leming has paid his dues. As a teenager from East Tennessee, his devotion to music led him to hit the road, where he lived in his car and played for anyone who would listen. That took him all the way to a major record deal when he was only nineteen. When that ended, he refused to give up and became an indie artist, relying solely on the music and his undeniable gift for crafting relatable songs that led to a devoted fan base he calls the Bonnevilles. He appreciates them so much that he includes them in his artist name. “They’re the reason I’m able to make music,” he says.
2024 saw Josiah and the Bonnevilles reaching new heights, completing a headlining tour of thirty-three sold-out dates followed by a slew of international stops that proved his global following. He has become known for raw emotion and a profound connection to his audience. This newfound attention has led to much anticipation for his new album — and As Is lives up to the expectations.
“I knew I had a responsibility to try to become a better writer, a better artist,” he says. “One day that feels like a blessing, and the next it feels pretty intimidating.” Instead of reproducing his popular sound from the self produced “Endurance”, he decided to expand it. “I think it would have been hard to keep my excitement to go out on the road with another kind of acoustic record.”
His tenth studio album finds him going more electric than ever before, even as he unplugs from the digital world. “I feel like a grizzled old veteran at this point,” he says, even though he is only thirty-six. “I’m desiring quiet, a work space away from the internet…I felt like it was important to pull back this last year and try to understand what’s on my heart.” What he found there resulted in an album focusing on joy, sorrow, and working-class issues that feel very of the moment in a time when so many Americans are struggling to make ends meet.
Leming comes by his empathy for working people honestly. He’s one of nine siblings, born and raised in Morristown, Tennessee, right in the heart of Appalachia. He taught himself piano when he was eight and was writing songs by thirteen. As a child he was intently aware of his community and intensely proud of his people, something he thinks about even more in these trying times. “I look at my family in East Tennessee and none of them are doing better in this world that we’re currently in, with all the things that are going on,” Leming says. “Being a regular person, working, trying your best. I think that’s something to be proud of.”
His records have always been intensely personal. But on As Is he wanted to step away from being the main character and instead use vignettes to express essential truths he has learned. “I want anyone to be able to put it on and not think about me when they&#8217;re
listening. I want them to be in the emotion.” Because of this he made a conscious choice to not include himself on the album cover.
Leming chose ten tracks from ninety-six songs he has written over the last year and a half. As Is features the most co-writes he has ever recorded. “I love writing alone, but I wanted to bring in some trusted partners on this one,” he says. The resulting list features some of the best songwriters working today. There’s Nashville powerhouse Natalie Hemby, a two-time Grammy winner who has written for everyone from Lady Gaga to Miranda Lambert; Joel Little, a Grammy winner who has written with Lorde, Taylor Swift, Noah Kahan, and many others; Scott Harris, best known for work he’s produced or written for artists such as Shawn Mendes, Dua Lipa, and The Chainsmokers; and others.
To help him find the sound he hoped to achieve, Leming brought in Konrad Snyder as a co-producer. Snyder has engineered or produced some of the best work to come out of Nashville in the last decade, including tracks by Kacey Musgraves, Stephen Sanchez, and Noah Kahan. “It was an amazing partnership with Konrad,” Leming says. “I never had to touch a computer or a piece of gear; he&#8217;s a whiz with all that stuff. I’m usually so hands-on with my stuff, switching between setting up, tracking and editing but on this record I got to just perform the songs.”
The songs on As Is feature Leming’s vivid sense of place, precise yet poetic lyrics, and emotion that is always longingly expressed by his vulnerable vocals. This collection is more up-tempo than most of his work, which is something Leming and Snyder strived to make happen on about half the songs. “I was thinking a lot about the energy, of having a couple songs that can amp up people at live shows,” he says.
This power is especially apparent on songs like opening track “Good Boy”, which boils toward a rousing breakdown, “Carolina Heart”, a tune Leming calls “less existential and my attempt at a feel-good song,“ and “Going Going Gone”, a nostalgic track about the passage of time. “Mountain Girl” is a foot-tapping harmonica-led tribute to Appalachian women. There’s the jaunty rock of “Red Line”, and a song called “One Day at a Time” that is sure to resonate with anyone who has ever struggled with addiction, depression, or a lack of confidence. Leming’s fans often cite his storytelling abilities as one reason they love his work, and that takes center stage on the title track, a spoken-word song. “Where It Starts” is a meditation on how heartache can lead to great art. The first single is the powerful “Hell Without the Flames,” the album’s darkest track that also showcases some of the best lyrics and vocals of his career.
They all make for a collection of songs that take the listener full circle. “There’s all these kinds of love stories, and it walks through many variations on heartbreak, ultimately landing on home, acceptance and overcoming that hurt. I just want people to be able to see themselves in the songs.”
That’s what it’s all about for Leming. “The only goal for me is to make something real, and honest, and that can get them through the day,” he says. “I gave everything I have for this album. I laid it all on the table, which is what I always want to do.”
As Is proves to be all of that, and more, a milestone for one of our most authentic and resonant artists working today.

With a guitar slung over his shoulder and the amps turned up full tilt, Anthony Gomes electrifies blues and rock at a 21st century crossroads of his own. The Canadian vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and producer wails with all the force of a hurricane in the Mississippi Delta and enough fret-burning fireworks to leave his strings in flames. Over the years, he’s toppled the Billboard Blues Chart at #1, earned the endorsement of legends such as B.B. King, tallied tens of millions of streams, and packed shows on multiple continents. In April 2025, Anthony Gomes is back with his much-anticipated 14th studio album, Praise the Loud, set for release on Rat Pak Records.
“I’ve learned how to embrace my voice as a guitarist and as a singer,” he states. “I understand who I am, and I use my strengths to my advantage. I have a blues soul and a rock ‘n’ roll heart. I love to jump back and forth between both with a modern day approach. When I play rock, it’s got a little more dust on it.&#8221;
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, he fell in love with music as a kid, listening to everyone from Muddy Waters and Jimi Hendrix to Jeff Beck and Eddie Van Halen. At 14 years old, Anthony gravitated to the guitar and his relationship with the instrument was born. After grinding it out, his chops caught the attention of B.B. King’s bus driver at a jam night. Blown away, the driver introduced him to B.B. who invited him to open up a string of tour dates in 2005. Gaining invaluable knowledge from “The King,” he went on to share the stage with the likes of Buddy Guy, Robert Plant, Joe Bonamassa, Heart, Sammy Hagar, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and more. Along the way, his concert attendees have included Academy® Award winner Morgan Freeman, JohnGoodman, and Vince Vaughn as well as Eric Clapton, to name a few.
2022’s High Voltage Blues vaulted to #1 on the iTunes Top Blues Albums Chart, #1 on Amazon Music’s New Release Blues Chart and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues chart. It remained on the Billboard Blues chart for 58 consecutive weeks, landing on &#8216;Billboard&#8217;s Top 15 Blues Albums of the Year&#8217; for both 2023 and 2024.
Meanwhile, Total Guitar listed Gomes as &#8216;One of the 100 Greatest Blues Guitarists of All Time&#8217; in 2024. Guitar World readers voted him one of “The 30 Best Blues Guitarists in the World Today” in 2019, and the publication noted, “Gomes is another power player who is at his best when his gear is in the scorched earth between blues and rock.”
Anthony&#8217;s latest release, 2025&#8217;s Praise the Loud, delivers 12 fresh studio tracks that showcase Anthony’s musical evolution while staying true to the no-holds-barred sound that has earned him a global fanbase.
Reflecting on the new album, Anthony shares, “On Praise the Loud, we pushed our musical boundaries in every direction. We wanted it to rock harder than anything we’ve done before, but at the same time, we wanted it to have a deeper, more soulful blues feel. When people ask me what I sound like, I say, ‘If B.B. King was in AC/DC, that’s what it would be’. That’s Praise The Loud in a nutshell.”
Gomes cites the track &#8216;Rock &amp; Roll Bluesman&#8217; as the thesis of the album. &#8220;My favorite line on the album comes from the song ‘Rock &amp; Roll Bluesman’: ‘I don’t care if they love or hate us, gonna turn it up so they won’t forget us.’ That lyric captures the spirit of the album—declaring that we’re playing blues rock on our own terms, no matter what.”
From the powerful rhythms of the album opener “Praise the Loud” to the ZZ Top-inspired groove of “Netflix &amp; Chill,” Anthony tackles a range of emotions and topics with his signature blend of layered harmonies, infectious rhythms, and blues-infused grooves. I know there’s never been a more exciting time for music, and I’m here for the journey.”

A consummate singer, songwriter, and storyteller, Scott Terry has spent the last 30 years pouring every ounce of himself into his heartland band Red Wanting Blue. Hailed as “Midwestern rock heroes” by American Songwriter Red Wanting Blue first roared to life out of Columbus, OH, in the mid 1990’s, and they’ve since gone on to become one of the Indie World’s most enduring, beloved and self-suﬃcient acts.
With thirteen albums recorded to date, the band notched appearances from Late Night to NPR, reached #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and toured the country with marathon strength, all while operating largely outside the confines of the traditional music industry.
Scott Terry’s instantly recognizable baritone and infectious energy have become synonymous with the group’s electrifying live shows described as “Triumphant and uplifting” by Parade. A New Jersey native, Terry currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. His first solo album, produced by acclaimed singer and songwriter Will Hoge, is set to release in 2026.

Formed in 1995, Save Ferris remains one of the seminal and most beloved bands from the third wave of ska. The group’s Orange County home was fertile ground for a thriving music scene, with punk, rock, and ska emerging from the region. Save Ferris blended the best elements of these sounds to help bring the region’s sound to the world.
The group’s humble beginnings saw them play house parties and local venues, powered by Monique Powell’s high-octane vocals. Save Ferris’ live show instantly became a hit. As the word spread, the band got a much-needed boost. Legendary KROQ DJ Rodney Bingenheimer got a hold of the band’s self-released album. He played their cover of Dexys Midnight Runners “Come on Eileen” on his Rodney on the ROQ show and the response was overwhelming. Soon thereafter, Kevin Weatherly picked up the song and it was added to the legendary taste-making rock station’s rotation. All of this happened independently without a record label and with Powell serving as the singer and band manager.
Major labels started noticing the buzz that was emanating from Orange County. In 1996, the band won a Grammy showcase award for best unsigned band, and with Epic Records’ David Massey as one of the judges, Save Ferris would sign with the label. Epic re-released the Introducing Save Ferris EP and, in 1997, Save Ferris unleashed their debut album, It Means Everything. Save Ferris toured the world for the better part of the next six years, with 1999’s Modified released during that time.
In 2003, the band went on a hiatus. Starting in 2004, Powell switched gears and used her vocal talents to become a go-to studio musician. She appeared on albums for The Used, Goldfinger, Foxy Shazam, Lost Prophets, Mest, and Hilary Duff, among many others. Slowly, however, Powell started having health issues. In 2015, after years of painful back issues, she underwent a risky procedure to fix her broken neck that could have damaged her greatest musical weapon: her vocal cords. Ahead of the procedure, Powell made a promise to her father, who had been begging her to return to the stage: if the surgery was successful, she’d bring back Save Ferris. And it was a success.
That year, Powell, with a new cast of characters, reformed Save Ferris. The hype surrounding the band was massive. After months of rehabilitation, Powell brought Save Ferris home to Orange County where it played a sold-out show at the Pacific Amphitheater in Costa Mesa. Another giant show at the Santa Monica Pier, with over 20,000 people in attendance, was put out on vinyl. These raucous shows proved that the band wasn’t just back, but ready to roar.
Through a crowdfunded campaign in 2016, Powell and her bandmates went into the studio to record a new EP. Titled Checkered Past, the collection was released the following year, and produced by John Avila of Oingo Boingo. The EP featured an appearance by Neville Staple of The Specials, one of Powell’s favorite artists.
Following Checkered Past’s release, Save Ferris played the entire 2017 Warped Tour on the main stage, headlined shows, and played festivals across the world.
The future is as bright as it has been for Save Ferris in a long time. Powell scrapped a record she wrote prior to the pandemic and is currently at work on the first new Save Ferris album in nearly two decades. The band recently packed the House of Blues in Anaheim, playing in front of fans of all ages. Powell is the centerpiece of the action. Her dazzling on- stage presence continues to wow audiences and the band’s energy is infectious. Save Ferris are out to prove that they’re no nostalgia act, with their best days still ahead of them.

She is a social media influencer with an influence of over 1.2 million social media followers and over 450 million online videos.

Larry Gatlin
Over the course of a five-decade career that has taken the Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers from dusty Texas stages to White House performances, from Broadway to Grammy Awards to the top of the country charts, there has been one unifying element, music. Raised on Gospel music, the brothers first began entertaining audiences in churches and then with guest appearances on the Slim Willet radio and TV shows in Abilene, Texas when they were 2, 4, and 6 years old.
Larry says that their history as “gospel music junkies” came from those early roots.” My first hero was James Blackwood of the Blackwood Brothers Quartet-I just knew somehow from that moment that I wanted to be a singer for the rest of my life.” After high school, Larry went to the University of Houston on a football scholarship. He majored in English and quickly developed “a love affair with the English language” that later served him well in his songwriting. On the strength of his song writing talents and exceptional vocal ability, his life was changed by the legendary Dottie West who saw gold just under the unpolished surface of young Gatlin. Larry, aided by West, moved to Nashville to write songs that would be recorded by names like Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Barbara Streisand, Tom Jones, and yes, Elvis Presley. In 1972, Larry landed a solo deal with Monument Records through friend Kris Kristofferson and invited his siblings up to Nashville to sing backup on his first two albums—1974’s The Pilgrim and 1975’s Rain Rainbow. The release of The Pilgrim landed Gatlin his first hit with “Sweet Becky Walker,” and then found himself at #1 on the charts the next year with “Broken Lady,” a song that captured him a Grammy in 76′. The same year all three brothers were inducted into the Grand Ole Opry. 1977’s High Time, credited to “Larry Gatlin with Brothers and Friends,” featured the No.1 hit “I Just Wish You Were Someone I Love.” The success of this album encouraged the brothers to become an official trio and in 1979, they signed a group deal with Columbia records. In concert, their performances were simply magical events, filled with incredible family harmonies, total professionalism, and downright fun for both the trio and their audiences. Over the next decade the Brothers scored more than a dozen Top 40 hits, including “Denver,”
“Houston (Means That I’m One Day Closer To You),” “Midnight Choir (Mogen David),” and “She Used To Be Somebody’s Baby,” “I Don’t Want To Cry,” “Statues Without Hearts,” “What Are We Doing Lonesome,” “I’ve Done Enough Dyin’ Today,” “Take Me To Your Lovin’ Place,” “Night Time Magic,” “Love Is Just A Game,” “The Lady Takes The Cowboy Every Time,” and “Talkin’ To The Moon.” It was also in 79′ that Larry Gatlin won the ACM’s “Top Male Vocalist,” Straight Ahead won “Album of the Year,” and “All The Gold In California” won “Single of the Year.”
Throughout the 70’s and 80’s, the Gatlin Brothers lit up major marquees and packed concert halls across America. Then, in 1992 after much soul searching and prayer, the brothers made a decision to stop touring. They ended with “The Adios Tour” along with an accompanying album release of the same name. Explains Larry, “We just thought our time in the spotlight was probably over. We had a great run and are thankful for it.” Retirement didn’t last long, and according to Larry, a promoter in Dover, Delaware “made us an offer we couldn’t understand…so we took it! Since then a popular ground swell, maybe not a large popular ground swell, but a ground swell nonetheless, has arisen that has persuaded us to do some selected dates that we are calling ‘The Gatlin Brothers Never Ending Reunion Tour.”

Jonathan Cain
No matter the genre his music is classified under, Cain strives to create songs that are both hopeful and timeless. He’s now a Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame inductee and longtime Journey member. However, at one point he was struggling to make it as a musician in Los Angeles. Rather than giving up, he chose to be encouraged by his father’s words, “don’t stop believin’. Cain pressed on, and eventually joined The Babys before being asked to join Journey. Cain rounded out the lineup and songwriting prowess on the band’s defining, 9X Multi-Platinum album Escape, which fittingly opens with the 5X Platinum single, “Don’t Stop Believin.”  Along with penning Journey’s mega hit “Faithfully,” Cain co-created huge anthems for the band, including “ “Open Arms,” “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart),” “Who’s Crying Now,” and “Only The Young.” Cain’s musical ventures, including co-founding supergroup: Bad English, have earned him numerous accolades. He’s had multiple Billboard hits; Gold, Platinum &amp; Diamond-selling records; a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; and a GRAMMY® nomination to name a few. Following a transformational encounter with God, Cain committed space to write songs about his growing faith, culminating in 5 albums in 5 years.  He has also helped raise more than $500,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Tennessee, as well as lends his support to Toys for Tots, the T.J. Martell Foundation and the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, among others. Although he’s been playing music for five decades, Cain continues to climb to the next level, showing no signs of slowing down.

The Dedicated Men of Zion come from a singing tradition that has flourished for decades in eastern North Carolina, around the city of Greenville and its small neighboring town of Farmville. Trained in the church and the home, the group’s four vocalists share the bond of that music and the literal bond of kinship. They are all related by blood or marriage.
Sharing bonds of music and blood kinship, the members of the Dedicated Men of Zion bring down a joyfully harmonious version of the gospel in a style so akin to soul music that we refer to it as “sacred soul.”.
Theirs is a community dense with talent and legendary impact on the origins of gospel, funk, R&amp;B, soul, and jazz; a place where the sounds of Saturday night and Sunday morning couldn’t help but jump their lanes. The group’s own backgrounds tell that story. Anthony Daniels, the eldest of the group, led a career in R&amp;B down in Atlanta, backing up the likes of Bebe Winans, Toni Braxton, and Elton John. Antoine Daniels, the youngest member and son of Anthony, was playing keyboards and organ in church while simultaneously injecting his hip-hop production work with traditional gospel roots. But the church was always the backbone.
Dedicated Men of Zion caught the attention of the  Music Makers Relief Foundation while opening a church concert for the Glorifying Vines Sisters, the longstanding Farmville gospel group composed of Anthony&#8217;s mother and aunts. The group ultimately signed to &#8216;s artist management roster. Through , the group connected with Bruce Watson&#8217;s ( Fat Possum Records)) newly founded record label Bible &amp; Tire Recording Company
Dedicated Men of Zion recorded their debut album, Can&#8217;t Turn Me Around, in Memphis at Watson&#8217;s Delta-Sonic Sound studio backed by a star-studded band of studio aces. The album&#8217;s songs were covers of tunes drawn from the label&#8217;s catalog of obscure sacred soul recordings from Memphis. The 2020 release won national notice resulting in many invitations to perform and tour. The COVID-19 pandemic shut down the globe that March, making travel impossible. Critical attention from the release spawned an NPR Tiny Desk Concert, a virtual set at the year&#8217;s globalFEST, and Fresh Grass Fest. In late 2021, Dedicated Men of Zion returned to Memphis to record with Watson and his all-star studio group, the Sacred Soul Sound Section. The quartet issued the single &#8220;Lord Hold My Hand&#8221; in January 2022. The ten-song full-length The Devil Don&#8217;t Like It appeared in March.
In 2026 their third album Coming Up Through the Years (co-produced by Jimbo Mathus of the Squirrel Nut Zippers and Bruce Watson of Fat Possum Records).

Craig Campbell put together a string of hits like “Family Man,” “Fish,” “Keep Them Kisses Comin’,” “Outta My Head,” and the gold-certified “Outskirts of Heaven” before launching Grindstone Recordings in 2020. Last year, he released his Class of ’89 album, six classic country hits that represent the core influences who helped mold his desire to pursue a career as an artist and songwriter, and Almost Greatest Hits, re-recordings of six of his smash hits.
This year marks his most ambitious yet, as he has assembled a team of music industry professionals to take his “Missing You” single to country radio. His touring schedule will surpass any in recent years, as he criss-crosses the country and makes a return tour of Europe. He and his wife, Mindy, opened their award-winning Grindstone Cowboy coffee shop, restaurant and music venue in their adopted home town of Eagleville, Tennessee in 2022, and their second location is in the renovation stages in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
Craig started the Kenny Campbell Foundation in 2023 in honor of his father who passed away from colorectal cancer at age 36. His 10th Annual Craig Campbell Celebrity Cornhole Challenge raised over $28,000 for the Foundation last year, and he has raised over $1,000,000 for various colorectal and colon cancer causes.

Born in Miami, during World War II, Chris Smither grew up in New Orleans where he first started playing music as a child. The son of a Tulane University professor, he was taught the rudiments of instrumentation by his uncle on his mother’s ukulele. “Uncle Howard,” Smither says, “showed me that if you knew three chords, you could play a lot of the songs you heard on the radio. And if you knew four chords, you could pretty much rule the world.” With that bit of knowledge under his belt, he was hooked. “I’d loved acoustic music – specifically the blues – ever since I first heard Lightnin’ Hopkins’ Blues In My Bottle album. I couldn’t believe the sound Hopkins got. At first I thought it was two guys playing guitar. My style, to a degree, came out of trying to imitate that sound I heard.”
In his early twenties, Smither turned his back on his anthropology studies and headed to Boston at the urging of legendary folk singer Eric von Schmidt. It was the mid-’60s and acoustic music thrived in the streets and coffeehouses there. Smither forged lifelong friendships with many musicians, including Bonnie Raitt who went on to record his songs, “Love You Like A Man” and “I Feel the Same. (Their friendship has endured as their career paths intertwined over the years.) What quickly evolved from his New Orleans and Cambridge musical experiences is his enduring, singular guitar sound – a beat-driven finger-picking, strongly influenced by the playing of Mississippi John Hurt and Lightnin’ Hopkins, layered over the ever-present backbeat of his rhythmic, tapping feet (always mic’d in performance).
Smither’s first albums, I’m A Stranger, Too! (1971) and Don’t It Drag On (1972) were released on Poppy Records, home of kindred spirit Townes Van Zandt. By the time Smither recorded his third album, Honeysuckle Dog with Lowell George and Dr. John helping out, United Artists had absorbed Poppy and ultimately dropped much of their roster, including Smither. Smither made his next record in 1985, when the spare It Ain’t Easy on Adelphi Records marked his return to the studio.
By the early ’90s, Smither’s steady nationwide touring and regular release of consistently acclaimed albums cemented his reputation as one of the finest acoustic musicians in the country. His 1991 album, Another Way to Find You, was recorded live in front of an in-studio audience with no overdubs or second takes. This would be the first of two albums with Flying Fish Records. His next recording, Happier Blue, was embraced by Triple A radio and received the NAIRD (now AFIM) award as Best Folk Recording of 1993. Up On The Lowdown (1995) marked the first of a trio of albums to be recorded with producer Stephen Bruton at The Hit Shack in Austin and his first of five albums with roots label HighTone Records. Up On the Lowdown rode the crest of the newly formed Americana radio format wave and sparked considerable interest abroad. A tour of Australia with Dave Alvin and extensive solo touring in Europe led to an expanding global interest in Smither. His song, “I Am the Ride,” from this album inspired the independent film, The Ride, for which Smither also composed the original score.
In early 1997 Smither released Small Revelations. It climbed the Americana and Triple A radio charts and led to concert dates with B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt, Nanci Griffith, and the hugely successful, original Monsters of Folk’ tour with Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Dave Alvin and Tom Russell. Small Revelations also generated several film projects for Smither. Emmylou Harris recorded his song, “Slow Surprise,” for the The Horse Whisperer soundtrack on MCA. And his recording of “Hold On” was used in the indie feature film Love From Ground Zero.
His CD, Drive You Home Again (1999), garnered four-stars from Rolling Stone. And with it, Smither continued to tour world-wide. Shortly after, in 2000, Smither released his one-man-tour-de-force, Live As I’ll Ever Be. Recorded in-concert at various clubs and concert halls in California, Dublin, Galway, Boston, and Washington DC, it has proven to be a fan favorite, capturing Smither at what he loves to do: performing in front of an audience.
Train Home (2003) was Smither’s last record for HighTone and his first with producer David Goodrich. Over a six-week period, basic tracks for Train Home were recorded in the relaxed environment of Smither’s home near Boston. Working with new session musicians, the record is simultaneously sparse and assured. Bonnie Raitt graciously provided backing vocals and slide guitar on Smither’s cover of Bob Dylan’s “Desolation Row.” And Smither’s “Seems So Real” from the CD earned a Folk Alliance Award as “Song of the Year.”
In 2005, jazz great Diana Krall covered “Love Me Like A Man,” introducing what is now a blues standard to a whole world of jazz fans. Shortly after, Smither’s song “Slow Surprise” was included in the independent film, Brother’s Shadow. In addition, Smither narrated a two-CD audio book recording of “Will Rogers’ Greatest Hits.” Continuing to expand his creative horizon, Smither was invited to contribute an essay to Sixty Things to Do When You Turn Sixty, a 2006 collection of essays by American luminaries on reaching that milestone. In 2009, Melville House published Amplified, a book featuring 16 short stories by notable American performing songwriters. Smither’s story Leroy Purcell about a touring musician’s encounter with a Texas State Patrolman leads off the collection.
With the release of his 12th recording Leave The Light On (2006) on his own imprint, Mighty Albert, Smither began a new label relationship with the renowned acoustic and modern folk label, Signature Sounds. For the recording, Smither reunited with producer David Goodrich and session musicians Mike Piehl, Lou Ulrich and Anita Suhanin. As an added treat, Smither invited good friend and Grammy Award-winning multi- instrumentalist, Tim O’Brien, along with rising American roots stars, Ollabelle, to add their distinctive talents on several tracks. Smither followed this with Time Stands Still (2009), his most stripped down recording in some time, working with just two accompanists after the same trio had played a rare band performance – a non-solo setup required in order to play a Netherlands festival.
In 2011 Smither put out two fan projects: a collection of live tracks from newly discovered concert recordings from the 1980s-1990s titled Lost and Found and the rollicking EP, What I Learned in School, on which Smither covered six classic rock and roll songs.
Smither followed these fan-projects with Hundred Dollar Valentine (2012), a ★★★★★ (MOJO) studio record of all Smither-penned songs. With longtime producer David “Goody” Goodrich at the helm, this collection sported Smither’s trademark acoustic guitar sound and evocative sonic textures meshed with spare, brilliant songs, delivered in a bone-wise, hard-won voice.
The coffee table style book Chris Smither Lyrics 1966-2012 and Signature Sounds’ Link of Chain – an all-star tribute record including a stellar list of artists offering their takes on some Smither favorites including Josh Ritter, Bonnie Raitt, Loudon Wainwright III, Dave Alvin, Peter Case, Tim O’Brien, Patty Larkin, and many others were fan-favorite accompaniments to the retrospective CD .
In March 2018, Smither released his eighteenth record, Call Me Lucky once again teaming up with producer and multi-instrumentalist David Goodrich. Also joined by Billy Conway (Morphine) and Matt Lorenz (The Suitcase Junket).
In October 2020, More From The Levee, the followup to the 50-year career retrospective Still on the Levee, was released. Said Acoustic Guitar: Smither sings about “the big things – life, love, loss – in a penetrating and poetic yet unpretentious way.”
The 20th release, All About the Bones was as elemental as the inky black shadows cast by a shockingly bright moon. Featuring eight brand new Chris Smither songs and Smither renditions of Eliza Gilkyson’s “Calm Before the Storm” and also Tom Petty’s “Time to Move On”, the listener is welcomed into some gothic mansion on an imaginary New Orleans street, and there in the lamplit parlor confronts the band, a minimalist skeleton crew: Smither’s inimitable propulsive guitar and rumbling baritone are joined seamlessly to producer David Goodrich’s carpetbag of instruments, Zak Trojano’s rock-steady, primal drumming, BettySoo’s diaphanous harmony vocals, and the flat, mournful flood of Jazz legend Chris Cheek’s saxophone. Recorded at Sonelab Studios in Easthampton MA by Justin Pizzoferrato All About the Bones has a feel that is somehow baroque and austere at once.
In 2026, the independent film The Singers, in which Chris made his acting debut, won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short. Directed by Sam Davis, Chris joined producer Jack Piatt and fellow cast members at the Oscars to celebrate.
