Buddy’s Place began in 2011 as a series of House Concert events hosted in a tiny townhome living room just south of Nashville. Buddy was looking for a way to show support and encouragement to several of his singer-songwriter friends working odd jobs and trying to make ends meet while pursuing their dreams in music! Fast forward 13 years later, 100+ shows all over Nashville, 130+ singer-songwriters (including Kelsea Ballerini, Brett Young, Carly Pearce, Ryan Larkins and Charlie Worsham) sharing nearly 3000 songs and Buddy’s Place finds itself hosting a series of residency shows at one of Nashville’s most talked about new music venues – Chief’s on Broadway!

2024 CMT Next Women of Country featured artist MAE ESTES is making her Buddy’s Place debut and we couldn’t be more excited! Mae recently signed with Big Machine Records. She has made multiple appearances on the historic stage of the Grand Ole Opry and is featured on multiple “artists to watch” lists. You’ll understand why when you hear her sing her great original songs live. Her 2023 debut ep “Before the Record” was produced by hit songwriter Paul Sikes.
Monument Records recording artist ALEX HALL is not only making a name for himself as one of Nashville’s best singer-songwriter/artists, he’s also an incredibly accomplished guitar player. Alex released an EP featuring duets with Vince Gill, Brad Paisley and more in 2021. A debut album “Side Effects of the Heart” was released in the fall of 2023. Alex has shared his music all over the country and right here in Nashville on some of the city’s most famous stages, including the world-famous Grand Ole Opry.
One of Nashville’s busiest new artists on the rise – singer-songwriter CARSON BEYER can be found sharing his original, relatable, real music on some of music city’s most popular stages! He’s recently released a successful string of new singles with a lot of new music in the works. It’s always a fun show with Caron in the mix and on the stage!
