A Nashville native with a rich musical heritage, ALYSSA BONAGURA has spent the last decade fine tuning a sound that reaches beyond her Nashville roots. A celebrated singer, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, she’s made multiple appearances on the historic stage of the Grand Ole Opry and made her official Opry debut at the world famous Ryman Auditorium! She’s an international touring artist who’s recorded with Kenny Rogers, received her college diploma from Sir Paul McCartney and has opened for Rod Stewart. Alyssa currently splits her time between Nashville and London while making waves in the British Country Music scene with a recent sold out headliner tour in some of London’s most famous music venues. An infectious smile and personality with an incredible catalog of original music, Alyssa Bonagura lights up any stage she’s on and you do not want to miss her return to Buddy’s Place.
FRASER CHURCHILL is a Grammy Award winning songwriter and has received world-wide recognition for his songs recorded by Michael Bublé, Charlie Puth, Flo Rida, Lukas Graham, Walker Hayes and many more! A graduate of the Sir Paul McCartney school of music and an accomplished musician and vocalist on his own, Fraser has recently released his debut EP “Times Are Changing”! He’s released a successful string of singles following the EP that only solidifies his place as an artist as you’ll see when he’s on stage sharing his songs live. He and fellow artist Alyssa Bonagura released a duet together entitled “Feel Something”. Fraser has quickly become a big crowd favorite at Buddy’s Place shows.
Scottish born artist SEAN C KENNEDY spent the last 2 years in the studio writing, playing, producing and singing on his highly anticipated recent album release “Probably Not This Town.”! Each song on the album is infused with nostalgia drawing on Kennedy’s musical heroes like U2, Bryan Adams, Billy Idol and more. You can’t mistake the modern elements of John Mayer, Kings of Leon as well. This album is a “must hear.” Sean is a quick-witted charming personality and has an impressive resume beside his own recordings. He’s recently toured with rising country artist Carter Faith as lead guitarist and backing vocalist as well as a successful videographer, with multiple features in print ads as well as music video appearances with a variety of artists across multiple genres.
What started as a series of house concerts in 2011 has steadily grown over the years and now finds itself hosting a special residency in the Neon Steeple at Eric Church’s Chief’s on Broadway – we are determined to hold true to a promise made to fellow music lovers that Buddy’s Place is “where you won’t hear crap!” – www.buddysplacenashville.com
