James House is a Grammy and CMA-nominated singer/songwriter whose impact on the music industry spans decades. Celebrated for his ability to craft timeless hits, House earned Country Song of the Year nominations for Martina McBride’s powerhouse anthem “A Broken Wing” and Dwight Yoakam’s iconic “Ain’t That Lonely Yet.” Both tracks achieved the rare BMI 5 Million Radio Airplay Award, solidifying his legacy as one of the most respected songwriters in modern music. His chart-topping success also includes Diamond Rio’s #1 hit “In a Week or Two,” which boasts over 2 million radio plays, and a total of four prestigious BMI songwriting awards.

As a recording artist, House found his own success on the Billboard charts. Signed to Epic Records, his single “This Is Me Missing You” soared to the top, anchoring his acclaimed album Days Gone By. His 2024 project, the critically acclaimed audiobook and album Lost in Laurel Canyon, chronicled his extraordinary 50-year journey in music, through a unique blend of storytelling and song, the collection captured the highs, struggles, and inspirations that have shaped his career.

House’s most recent project Stronger Than Dirt is a journey divided into two chapters: Side A, which showcases James’ Country Rock roots and Side B, highlighting over a decade of his work Songwriting with:Soldiers. The Album blends his personal artistry with the heartfelt contributions of veterans, making it a poignant and unforgettable listening experience.

With over 100 cuts to his name, House’s songs have been recorded by an impressive roster of artists, including Joe Bonamassa, The Mavericks, Tina Turner, Rod Stewart, Olivia Newton-John, Bonnie Tyler, Sara Evans, Ricky Van Shelton, The Warren Brothers, Lori Morgan, Kylie Minogue, and Rita Coolidge.

Zoee’s music has captivated audiences with her unique voice and emotive lyrics since a young age. Growing up listening to everything from AC/DC to Merle Haggard to Olivia-Newton John, her love of great songs and music is embedded in her DNA.

Zoee has garnered multiple awards and critical acclaim, including winning the 2021 ‘Song of the Year’ award at the Women of Country Awards. She has composed and performed on a feature film soundtrack, charted in the Top 20 on the Amazon Country Charts, and toured extensively throughout the US, UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia with her band.

Zoee’s move to Nashville in 2022 has allowed her to collaborate with renowned and Grammy & CMA winning and nominated songwriters such as Kyle Jacobs, Jeff Cohen, Bonnie Dymond, Phil Barton, James House, Jamie Floyd, and Steve Dorff. Her recent singles, “Dirty Blonde” and “Castles in the Sand,” both reached Number-One in Australia, with the latter staying in the Top 40 for 37 weeks.

Her latest releases are topping the iTunes charts worldwide, and with over 1M views and 60,000 followers.

As a girl growing up on the coast of the southern island, Tasmania (Australia) she raced endurance motocross and aspired to turn professional also while working as an abalone diver with her parents, but music ultimately found her.

Zoee’s journey has not been without challenges. Her love of music has seen her busking on the streets and living in her car at times, following her heart and chasing her passion.
